Yes, we can handle your planning matters from pre-application stage through to full application submission, discharge of conditions and any post planning variations where required. We offer this service at a fixed fee to all client’s for any type of planning application submission.

We offer accurate quotes for individual projects and aim to do this by offering a fixed free price in comparison to architects locally who may charge an hourly rate or further fees for amendments etc. We are happy to provide you with a quote once you have discussed the project criteria with us etc.
The planning process is in place so that the relevant consent can be sought from your local authority dependant on the scale/size of your project. We would act as planning agent’s on your behalf in order to submit the application and see this through to determination.
Yes, we would firstly request a copy of these to be either emailed to us or sent to our offices for review. If these have sizes on or are scaled then we can redraw these using our up to date market leading CAD software.
Permitted development rights are a scheme that was set up by the government to allow householders to extend their residential properties within certain parameters instead of having to put a full planning application in to the local planning authority. However there are certain criteria and restrictions that form part of this and we would advise you to discuss this further with us should you require any further advice.
Yes we offer the same architectural design and planning services for commercial sites too. This can range from new build plans, change of use drawings, extension and alterations or lease plans.
The timescale for your project will depend on a range of factors which include whether you need to seek planning consent/building regulations consent and if there are any complications at the site such as previous refusals etc. We would be happy to guide you further on this once the initial design consultation has taken place.
